Overview

A small form factor pluggable SFP+ transceiver compliant with the current SFP+ MSA. An uncooled 1310nm DFB transmitter and a high sensitivity PIN receiver give it the performance needed for 10GBASE-LR and LW applications over singlemode fiber up to 10km.

Compatibility and selection

Send the host manufacturer, model, software version and port configuration so we can confirm the appropriate coding before you order. A matching module slot alone does not establish compatibility.

Match the fiber type, connector, wavelength and optic at the other end of the link. Check the host line rate and any FEC or breakout configuration. Patch panels, connectors and fiber condition affect the usable optical link budget.

Diagnostics and monitoring

The module supports DDM, SFF-8472. A compatible host can read module temperature, voltage, laser bias and optical power values to support troubleshooting. Confirm host access to these diagnostics during qualification.

Warranty and returns

Aerless warranty is up to 3 years, depending on the product. Ask us to confirm the warranty duration and coverage for this part in your quotation.

Most new, unopened items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. For a configuration or ordering mistake, credit requires unused, clean products and packaging in resale condition, within 15 days of invoice. A 25% restocking fee may apply; the customer pays freight for these returns. Contact TechFoundry before returning an item. Refunds can take up to four weeks after dispatching the return.
